AUDIT PARTNER
We have an opening for a position of the audit partner at our Los Angeles office. The person should have minimum of ten years of audit experience including SEC audits. The person should have ability to lead from front. Experience with a big 4 firm is preferable. The person should be able to deal with issues relating to public filings. The person should have an ability to train staff. Proven track record for problem solving in addition to thorough knowledge of GAAP and GAAS is required. CPA (license in California) required with 7+ years audit experience. Experience auditing a variety of industries required.
   
AUDIT MANAGER
Our Audit Manager position supervises multiple audit engagements through the issuance of audit reports. Supervises, reviews, trains, evaluates & develops staff. Candidates need excellent interpersonal communication skills with clients, partner & peers as well as strong computer skills. Proven track record for problem solving in addition to thorough knowledge of GAAP and GAAS. CPA required with 7+ years audit experience. Experience auditing a variety of industries required.
   
SUPERVISOR/SENIOR
Our Supervisor/Senior Audit Associate position performs in-charge responsibilities as assigned on engagements and helps with any other duties necessary to complete an audit engagement. Prepares audit reports/workpapers and plans/performs small audit engagements. Candidate needs excellent interpersonal communication skills with clients, partner and peers. Additionally, the candidate needs effective oral and written communication skills along with strong computer skills. CPA or candidate with 3-6 years public accounting experience.
   
STAFF AUDITORS
Our Staff auditors (multiple openings) will work under supervision of audit manager/Supervisor to perform audits for 10K filing and review for 10Q of small to mid-size companies. Bachelor in Business Admin/Accounting required.
SENIOR TAX ASSOCIATE
Our Senior Tax Associate position prepares all types of tax returns and performs tax-related services for clients. Identifies tax problems, researches tax issues, and corresponds with the IRS and clients. Analyzes and summarizes tax information into workpapers. Candidate needs excellent interpersonal communication skills with clients, taxing authorities, partners and peers in addition to strong computer skills. Candidate must be knowledgeable of tax laws related to all types of reporting entities and taxing authorities. Candidate must have experience with individual, partnership, S-Corp, and C-Corp returns. Experience with Lacerte is preferred. CPA or candidate with 2-4 years public accounting experience required.
